The hotel offers decent-sized rooms that are warm and basic but clean, at a very reasonable price for staying in London. The staff was particularly helpful, overseeing arrangements and being available all night. The location is very handy for Ealing and accessible to the center of London, although there were issues with customer service in some cases. The dining experience was a mix of cooked-to-order small dishes, with yummy options but could be somewhat strange. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel faces the main road but now offers keyless entry to rooms. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the outdated and unclean room with tissues left by the bed and blood on the sheet. Seriously, it's best to avoid this hotel.

The staff worked very hard to please and were friendly. The manager personally ensured a ceiling fan was provided when the temperature soared above 30 degrees. They were also accommodating with moving our car when needed.
